cory weinberg - Principal/Executive Producer
Cory discovered his love for storytelling at a very early age, filming basically everything he could. He decided to pursue his passion for filmmaking in college before working as a freelance videographer and editor, honing his craft while producing award-winning content for web and TV. In 2016, he formed 3 Bear Studios , so he could share his storytelling and filmmaking expertise with his clients — from Fortune 500 companies to small, local businesses, including CBRE, USGA, Whiting Turner, and Days Inn. As your first point of contact with 3 Bear Studios, Cory will help you turn your vision into a compelling visual story that drives results for your brand.

Andres Rosa - Director of Operations
History major turned video production expert, Andres has been with 3 Bear Studios since first shoot. From his early days as a production assistant to rising into his current role as our Director of Operations, Andres handles all the behind-the-scenes logistics, making sure every production runs smoothly. His leadership takes many valuable forms on-set and in the office, from crafting storyboards and managing equipment to pre-production planning and project management.

How 3 Bear Studios Got Started
It all began in 2016 when Executive Producer, Cory Weinberg, decided to channel his filmmaking passion and expertise into a video production company in the South Jersey /Philadelphia area. With a lifelong interest in visual storytelling, a degree in the art form, and several years of freelance experience under his belt, Cory knew that a full-service production company was the natural next step for his talents and passion. Thus, 3 Bear Studios was created!
Though a personal approach has always been a priority for 3 Bear Studios, Cory knew that he couldn’t run a full-service digital video company all on his own at the caliber that he desired. That’s where Director of Operations Andres Rosa comes in. Andres started as a production assistant with 3 Bear Studios and steadily rose to his current role with his incredible leadership skills and dedication to the craft of digital media.
With the addition of “office bear” Sammy the cat, the team was complete, and 3 Bear Studios has been proudly providing high-quality media services to clients in Marlton and beyond for many years. Our digital video company sees each project as an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the community and to tell the unique story of a brand or individual in the most thorough and uplifting way possible.
